Hobby farm for rent right outside of Nicollet. It’s on 2.5 acres.

About 10-14 mins from Nicollet.

This is absolutely country living. You must be able to understand what that means. Well, septic, animals, possible high winds, dig yourself out or make friends with the neighbors during the winter months. Phone signal maybe not the best. Large yard to mow. It’s not the prettiest, lets me honest. You will need to be resourceful to maintain.

The people who have lived in the house each stayed 6-8 years before moving. They also commented how much they loved it, but it’s not a lifestyle for everyone. So please only contact me if you are a good fit.

It has 3 basic size bedrooms, living room (decent size), full bath and kitchen with appliance bought within the last couple years. No central air. You need to pay to fill the propane tank for winters. That charge varies with the market. There is a water system in the basement being rented for your water. They had a washer dryer in basement - not sure if it works… basement is dirt floor and stone walls. So may leak some.

There is an out building as well.

We are currently working on the house after the last tenants and to get ready for possibly you. So please understand we are not doing immediate showings, but I am currently looking for the right tenant to occupy the property. So please feel free to email me anything you'd like about yourself, possible length on stay, your understanding of country living and abilities to maintain it, as I’m not looking for someone to just move in and it doesn’t work out. I’m interested in another long term renter who’d like to make it there home for awhile, like all the previous tenants.
