St. Michael's Apartments in New Ulm is under new management. This is a beautiful, historic building made up of one and two-bedroom apartments. These are reserved for those who are 62 years of age or older or disabled (at any age).

We currently have a one-bedroom available for immediate lease
Rent is based on 30% of the household's income.

Income restrictions apply:
One person must make $40,620 or less per year.
Two people must make $46,380 or less per year.

Rent includes heat, water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for electricity costs.

A security deposit equal to the first month of rent + the utility allowance is due at the time of the move-in.

We offer a community room with a full kitchen, an elevator, on-site laundry facilities, controlled entrances, and an outdoor community patio. Each unit has window coverings and nice finishes.

Pets are welcome with a refundable pet fee of $300. An initial deposit of $50 is required when the animal is brought to the premises. The remaining $250 is to paid in increments of $10 per month until the full amount is met.
