**LOFTS** - typically have 57" of clearance underneath, but can be altered for your specific needs, and a ladder is integrated into the leg. (see first picture)

**BUNK BEDS** - typically have 10" under bottom platform and 54" from the floor to the bottom of the upper platform. Also with a ladder integrated into the leg.
