These are Italian/Carnolian Bees. We have been selling Nucs for many years now and our customers have been extremely happy with them. They are mild mannered, easy to work with and have given us great honey production.
Wondering whether to buy a Nuc or a Package of Bees? With a Nuc, you get a starter(Nucleus) Honeybee Swarm that have already accepted the Queen(Sometimes they'll kill the Queen) and she will have been already laying eggs. Check out our informative videos on our website!!

Each Nuc is inspected to ensure Queens are laying and healthy
Nucs are treated for Mites with a 40 Day Apivar Strip(This strip will be in your box to keep with them through May)

We are taking deposits of $75 per hive(Nuc) now and the balance will be due on the day of pickup. We expect the Nucs to be available for pickup sometime around Mother's Day Weekend, possibly sooner.
Pickup location will be on a farm near the Lewiston Exit on HWY i90(Please view Picture).
