Very nice, (like new) "Merax," treadmill, works perfect, (does not have incline), is in a one bedroom apartment, non smoker, no pets, it is clean, no scratches, I have the instruction booklet for it, is all set up ready to go, length 48", 21" wide, height of the arms on it is 36", (you can adjust the speed on it, to walk or run).
